EXPERIMENTS

Built for fun.

SwiftUI Counter

iOS

A gesture-driven counter component built to explore

SwiftUI animation and state system. Clean UI design with

satisfying haptic-like interactions.

LitLog

Android

My first mobile app, built in Java for Android, whose my love

for mobile development started. Clean interface for

tracking workouts.

StockUp

Android

A grocery re-inventory app that tracks stock levels and

flags items running low. Built to solve a real household

problem.

HOW I WORK

Not just code. The whole thing.

Four habits that show up in every app I've shipped, from the first user conversation to the App Store review three months later.

01

I start from the bare bones

Every app I build starts as boxes and arrows before it's a single line of Swift. I

map the core flow first, no color, no icons, just structure, so the navigation and

hierarchy get judged on their own logic before anything looks finished enough

to distract from whether it actually works.

02

Then I build it halfway, on purpose

Once the structure holds up, I bring in real type, spacing, and a rough visual

system, but I keep it deliberately unfinished. Half-built screens are where I

catch the awkward states early: empty lists, long names, loading spinners,

before they're expensive to fix.

Edge-Case States

03

Then I make it real

This is where the app actually becomes software: live data, working gestures,

real Swift underneath a UI that finally behaves like a product instead of a

picture of one. Architecture decisions I made on paper get pressure-tested

against how it actually feels in the hand.

MVVM

04

Then I stay for what happens after

A launch is just the first data point. I watch how people actually use what I

built, fix what I got wrong, and keep shipping. The version that ships on day

one is never the version I'm proudest of, it's the one three updates later.
